Sea Cats' Villas is located in a quiet and cosy place on the island Brač 1km away from the centre of Sutivan, with restaurants, bars, and shops. Close by are an Olive grove and a forest. Grgina Beach is just 90 Metres away. It is possible to bike around picturesque locations or to kayak. In the centre of Sutivan one can find an excursion boat to neighbouring islands. Villas offer free Wi-Fi, private parking, a sunny terrace with a private pool (with heating), outside showers, and a gazebo with a garden. The apartments have a fully furnished kitchen with a lunch table, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room with a sofa. All rooms have air-conditioners and smart TVs. BBQ equipment at request.
Hello, my name is Darko. I am from the main capital of Croatia, Zagreb, but I got tired of city life and decided to move to Brač. During my time in Zagreb, I acquired good communication skills during the organization, photographing and working on various art festivals and cultural events by directly communicating with guests and artists from the region and worldwide. Sutivan is a small town of original Dalmatian architecture, located by the sea on the Northwest coast of the island Brač. This tranquil little town with around 600 inhabitants is elevated on the gentle slopes that are amphitheatrically surrounding its beautiful port. Lovely walking alleys and traditional architecture of white stone facades and red roofs make Sutivan a picture-perfect island destination. Sutivan's port is shaped like a horseshoe and surrounding old houses creates the scenery for traditional island life. Riva with coffee bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, and walkways along the sea is the centre of Sutivan's social life. Whether you would like to have a coffee, eat lunch or read a paper you are sure to join locals on riva to do so. The way of life in Sutivan truly is MEDITERRANEAN AS IT ONCE WAS. Sutivan’s beaches are well known for their outstanding beauty and crystal clear sea. There are more than twenty unique bays and beaches of different sizes. Even in the middle of the summer season, the sky's brightness and the sea's cleanness can be enjoyed in undisturbed solitude if you venture out of the town limits.
