Villa Liva, only 200 m from the beach, has a spacious yard with several lounge areas, a hot tub for that special enjoyable occasion, whether you’re bathing in the afternoon or relaxing into the late evening. Big, covered porch offers an outdoor dining experience regardless of the weather outside, a grill area. A large open space Studio located on the ground floor of the house offers additional privacy and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Modern, cozy and stylish interior provides a sense of warmth and comfort. Villa Liva is fully equipped for your enjoyment, with 2 flat screen TV's and WiFi, 4 air-con units, 3 fridges, 2 espresso machine, a dishwasher, and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. This isn't just a summer villa, with under floor heating in the bathrooms and a fireplace in the living room, it's a cozy winter villa too! The fireplace provides a feeling of warmth and romance in the space. The glass wall running the entire length of the open space living room, gives you amazing views of the sea and mountains.
Villa Liva is located in the heart of small village named Vantacici on the Krk Island in Croatia. This interesting villa offers convenience and comfort in a perfect family and friends vacation home setting. The villa has 2 parking spots within the property and 2 living units with separate entrances providing you and your friends or family complete privacy if needed. 150 m2 villa with a double sized yard is perfectly situated with a 2-minute walk from the closest beach and a minute from a small local store. The neighborhood area is quiet and only 3km from the villa is a small port and city center of Malinska filled with entertainment, lots of great restaurants and bars with amazing sea views and live music.
