Located just a few steps from the beach in Baška Voda and surrounded by a pine forest, the luxurious villa Rogač guarantees relaxation and peace. This modern and beautiful luxury villa for rent has a spacious terrace and a pool with a view that will make you spend all your days sunbathing or relaxing in the shade on the pool terrace. The ground floor with kitchen and living room of this modern luxury villa offers a bright, sunny and modern interior equipped with modern appliances and an indoor fireplace. The sliding doors on all sides of this floor together with the outdoor terrace of the pool form and offer an open space for easier interaction, movement and enjoyment. The pool and sauna will certainly contribute to your relaxation. Luxury villa Rogač has a view of the sea, islands and the center of Baška Voda with beaches and pine forest. Our villa has 5 bedrooms, enough for 8 guests. One bedroom is on the ground floor, while the other 4 bedrooms are on the first floor. The villa is fully air-conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi. Parking is on site and free, enough for 4 cars.
Baška Voda is the central place on the Makarska Riviera. Offering beautiful beaches with crystal clear turquoise sea and Mount Biokovo, it has everything you need for your perfect Mediterranean vacation. If you like spending time in nature, you can go on one of the famous trails and enjoy the beautiful views from Mount Biokovo. The cultural heritage of Baška Voda, but also of the entire Makarska Riviera, is rich and mainly based on old stone churches. Gastronomy is mainly based on fresh seafood and local wine. If you are a wine lover, you can go on a wine tour, and the Grabovac winery is 30 minutes away in Donji Proložac. The promenade along the sea offers many restaurants, cafes and bars on the beach. You can go on a day trip to islands Brač and Hvar or simply visit nearby Brela or Makarska.
