This beautiful and stylish property offers an ideal setting for your dream vacation. Located in the peaceful area of Omiš, within walking distance to the beach and Omiš town center with lots of restaurants (900 m).

Villa is situated in a quiet area just above town Omiš, offering panoramic views over the city, Adriatic sea, the coast, the islands, and the Fortica fortress (attractive walking trail to the fortress is near villa). You are within walking distance to a sandy and pebble beach (1.5km), restaurants (900m), shops (900m), mini market (150m), water attractions (2km), Cetina river with many activities (2.5km). Split-Dalmatia County is an area rich in diversity where low green islands complement the coast and add amazing nautical and cultural experiences, historical city and archaeological sites under UNESCO protection, in addition to the green heart of the Dalmatian hinterland, where life flourishes along rivers, in mills, and in fields, not to mention the traditional culinary delights of the region. Located only 25km far, you can visit wonderful Mediterranean pearl, famous town Split where you can find ancient attractions which were scenery for the famous Game of thrones serial. Also, Makarska, Dubrovnik, Trogir, Zadar, Krka waterfalls and Plitvice lakes are all in the one-day trip distance so you can visit them all while staying in our villa.
