A home with apartments adapted for a comfortable stay. The apartments are equipped with all the necessities needed for a proper vacation or trip to our lovely town of Rovinj. There is free parking place available for all visitors inside the yard, as well as on the street. Some would say the property is already a bit old-fashioned, however there is a lot of care and love put in the appearance. There are also grapes, kiwifruits, figs growing around the yard, so if you need some vitamins, you could always help yourselves!
I am a mother of three grown up sons, who has been hosting people for the majority of my life. I try my best to provide a comfortable stay for all my visitors by welcoming them either with a drink, some food or just a load of useful information (usually all three!). Always available for any kind of questions or problems, or just for a friendly chat. I would say that enjoying the company of friends, family, and others is my favorite hobby!
The property is located in a lovely and peaceful neighborhood not too far from the city centre or the beach. However, there is some 20 minutes walking to get to the nearest beach and the centre. There is a grocery shop 200m from the house, Lidl about a kilometer away, and everything is within a reasonable walking distance. There are also taxis available, and please do not hesitate to ask which taxi to order to avoid overpaying. In the summer, there are regular bus lines driving to Amarin Beach and Polari Beach with the station 200m from the property.
