Old family House situated in the center of the Old town Dubrovnik. It used to be family house where each floor was designated for its own purpose. After many years living there family decided to move out of the old town and renovate house for rental purposes. Today there are 3 luxury apartments, each of 55 m2 fully equipped and ready to attain numerous guests.

Charming renovated apartment in Dubrovnik just few steps away from the most beautiful street in the world Stradun. There are 1 bedroom with queen size bed and a living and dining room with modern furniture. The kitchen is also fully equipped. In the apartment can sleep, 2 persons. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and free WIFI. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free Parking is not available, but we have deal with private parking in Dubrovnik daily price for your car. This sweet apartment offers everything you need for a holiday. The apartment is in the center, bus station, supermarkets, sea... Apartment Niko includes everything you need, you just need goodwill and desire to enjoy the holiday, we are here to accommodate you. As in every city, center of the town sometimes can be exciting. A lot of people coming from all over the world. All world's languages can be met at the main street. Many beautiful hidden places withing the city walls can be found and enjoyed while staying in Dubrovnik. Come and discover it . Neighbours are very cool.. Or too old to not see or hear them, or young and reliable if any help needed.
