I live next door at the neighborhood. So I can react fast in unexpected situations. Beside that, what ever you need and what ever you want I am here for you. I'll bring you the clean towels and bed sheets every couple days or accordingly your needs.

Property information

Apartment was designed by Svjetlana Despot, well known architect and designer from Rijeka. Furniture, kitchen, bathroom and all interior was carefully chosen to provide best visual impression without compromise comfortably and simplicity of modern luxury vacation. It's completely new. Never been rented before.

Neighbourhood information

Newly built neighborhood with eight buildings situated in such way to respect you privacy. There is garden in front of buildings and all our apartments have sea view. It's situated five minutes from city center and five minutes from beach (Čikat bay). Čikat is nearest beach and place you have to taste. Beside beaches, 5* hotels, restauran and bars; the most amazing are villas dating from Austro-Hungarian Empire. There is sea side walking trail made of Croatian marble, decorated hedgerow and carefully arranged promenade. Looks spectacular during night because of floor lights.
