Only 700 metres from the beach, Apartments Casa Saina offers beautiful studios with a spacious balcony and air conditioning. Rovinj’s Old Town is only 800 metres away. Set in a renovated family house, original features have been well preserved. There are beamed ceilings, wrought-iron railings and stone-exposed walls. Studios here are bright, with light flooding in from the balcony. Furniture is classic and has been painted in pastel colours. There are fresh white walls without decoration. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are standard room facilities. The nearest bus stop is 400 metres from Casa Saina.

CASA SAINA is a family house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Monte Mulini beach in the walking distance. The nearest beach is located in 5 minutes walking distance. It consists of 5 Studio Apartments. The Apartments consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room with sofa-bed (which can be used as an additional bed for 1 person) and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, kitchen utensils...) and a terrace perfect to enjoy in a morning coffee, a meal, or a romantic glass of Istrian wine in the evening. Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, parking, these apartments are an ideal place for couples or small families to spend the holidays. Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 7 minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, some dining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all round Rovinj experience is assured. A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.
