Team Pinch is active in Croatian market since 2016. The focus of their work is renovating old houses that need some extra love and touch. Anything inside those houses that can be used is recovered. Our bohemian style of many colors and natural materials is already very well known, so our guests usually come back many times, as this is something that offers a very special feeling.

Casa Olea got renovated in 2021, during the most difficult time of our work so far. Here we included all the knowledge we got since we started doing this business in 2016, so in these rooms you will not find anything that is not useful for you as guest and also for our staff who pay so much attention in cleaning process. All the furniture is hand made in our already known style with natural materials and offering the special feeling to the guests who stay inside. It is perfect place for couples who dont cook during holidays, so we dont have kitchen in our units. We will offer you our complimentary housekeeping services every day, only in case you dont refuse those.

Neighborhood info

Casa Olea is surrounded by quiet one way streets. In front of the house is a big parking lot (extra charge for parking). You need to spend around 3-4 minutes walking to get to the center and main beach. Our restaurant By Pinch is also very close by, 2minutes walking, as well as our newest restaurant Tapas Maya with the same distance.
