Apartment is well equiped. It has one bedroom with matrimonial bed , kitchen with dinning area, living room in which is sofa for two and the balcony. At Your disposal You have Wi-FI, Max TV, air condition, dishwasher, washing mashine, iron, hair drier.. Apartment is situated onear river promenade next to the mouth of the Cetina river, with beautiful view to the sea, islands and mountain. In the evening you can enjoy in spectacular view from the balcony. Position of apartment is good, it is placed near supermarket, restaurants, and bus stop. Area is peacefull, nearby is children playground.

Hy, my name is Suzana, i m a very social person, i adore meeting new people, being your host is a real pleasure to me, and I'll try to make your stay in our property nice and comfortable as much as I can, and often more than that. There are three little things i CANNOT do for you, so If you dont like that PLEASE do not choose this apartment: 1. The apartment is on third floor, and no matter how I try, it will always be on the third floor, but, thanx to that fact you have an extraordinary sea view from every room in the apartment. 2. The parking in front of the building IS BEING PAID (100 kunas or 15 euros for a week), and with that card you can park WHEREVER YOU WANT in Omis, as long as you stay in 2 nd zone. That decision is not mine, and you are NOT paying to me, you are paying to GRAD OMIS, and i m sure you are paying parking in your state to. 3. The apartment IS NOT IN THE CENTER, it is situated in beautifull, quiet part of the town, it takes only 10 minutes of a romantic walk next to the river to come to the centre, and only 3 minutes walk to the sandy beach. Restorant and caffe available in the bulding, nearby on river side few small family restaurants available all the day.
