Apartment 01 is located in the village of Ičići, 1.4 km by road from the center of the village and the main beach or 700 meters by air. Or, 8 minutes on foot, by stairs. The Apartment is located on the elevated ground floor of a residential building, parking spaces are provided in front of the building (quiet surroundings). The entrance to the apartment is trough the terrace from the parking space or through the common main entrance located at the back of the building. The apartment contains a large terrace that is completely protected from view and equipped with an awning for protection from the sun, living room, dining room and kitchen, hallway, bathroom and bedroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a couch for 2 people in the living room (app 2+2). Apartment is air-conditioned. Next to the main entrance, at the back of the building there is a common green garden with a lawn and a barbecue area.
Street is in a quiet surrounding. Local bus with frequent lines to Opatija and Rijeka stops 700 m from the Apartment. The town of Rijeka with the Ferry Port is 18 km away. Rijeka Airport is at a distance of 40 km. Secure parking is provided.
