Astra is a completely new, modern apartment located in a newly built, peaceful neighbourhood. It is 5 minutes away from the Zadar Main Bus Station and 15 minutes of walking distance away from the Old Town of Zadar. The apartment is south oriented with a lot of sunlight. It consists of one full bedroom, one improvised bedroom, living room with the kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The building complex includes an underground garage with a dedicated free parking spot for this apartment. The size of the apartment is 54 square meters. All of the standard amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, a TV and WiFi are included for free. There is a motorized door lock which allows self check-in. That makes our check-in time completely flexible and all up to you. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the residental building, 3rd overall, with office spaces underneath.
I am always available through messages and that is my preferred form of communication. You will have access to my phone number which you can use to contact me through any of your preferred apps. On the day of your arrival I will be sending you all the necessary information and instructions for self check-in which include a video tutorial and a text summary.
The neighbourhood complex was completed in 2021 which makes it brand new. Alongside the residential part of the complex there are also shops, restaurants and cafes on the ground level. Zadar offers many sights within walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is also 5 minutes away from the Main Bus Station which offers public bus transport (every 30 minutes) within Zadar and intercity transport which allows you to visit any city in Dalmatia.
