The apartment is located on the ground floor of a family house, in the center of Stobrec . It is modernly furnished, air-conditioned, with an LCD TV and free wifi internet access. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher, and a bathroom with a washing machine, hairdryer and towels.

The apartment is 40m away from the rocky beach ,220m away from gravel beach, 150m from the bus station. Within 250m from the apartment there are several restaurants and caffes and grocery store . Distance to the tennis courts is 800m, to the golf course 1.3km, and at the Camping Stobrec, 800m away from the apartment, it is possible to rent a bike , boat or diving equipment. Private parking available ( away from the apartment 150 m) Public transport allows direct connection to Split center, 7km away. As seen in the pictures, there is a church bell tower in the vicinity of the apartment. It bells every hour, and a single ring every half an hour, At 6AM ,12PM and 8PM is ringing longer (few minutes) and the sound is heard at the appartment. On Sundays there is also a longer ringing before the masses.
