Our guesthouse is situated close by the main Villa, isolated though providing privacy. It consists of 2 bedrooms and one wide day room altogether counting 55m2 facing the Aegean Sea. Whole building is embraced by vast verandas with spectacular seaview and an even wider garden, sit by the garden table under the pergola, relax and experience unique romantic moments. Master bedroom has a double fixed bed facing the veranda while the second bedroom has a double bank for adults facing the sea and veranda. Full restroom facilities with spacious shower is located between the bedrooms and the dayroom. The almost 30m2 wide room incorporates a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven and cooking plateau, coffee machine, bread toaster and kettle while there is available a washing machine for clothes as well. Folding table for 4 persons is located by the corner where fixed sofa can sit more people or can sleep 2 more and a powerful ac unit will cool the hot summer days.
Nikos is a professional in hospitality business and owner of the property, has been sailing the seven seas for most of his days most of which in command of passenger and cruise ships. He loves his island and along with his experience in providing quality services to visitors, loves to have happy guests and share with them Paros unique beauty. He will happily share his knowledge on the island, take you at sea on his sailboat and offer you sailing trip or explain you tips and stories from the island.
The house has its own parking space and garden, is located 50 meters or 1 min walking to the sea and leads to its own almost private beach. Less than 5 min walking on the path by the sea can be reached the famous Golden beach to the east or Dryos little port to the west. With only 3min drive to reach supermarket, restaurants and pharmacy the house offers spectacular sea and valley views, is a superb nigh gazing site and guarantees stillness along with privacy and relaxation.
