Enjoy the convenience of direct access to all the picturesque squares and alleys of the village, as our house, thanks to its Cycladic architecture, has two entrances opening to different sides of the village. Thus, in just 1-2 minutes, you find yourself at all the shops and taverns of Chora. The property features a bedroom with a double bed (2m x 115) and a bunk bed, a partially renovated living-dining room with a fully equipped kitchen for meal preparation. The spacious bathroom, although not renovated, provides all the amenities you need. The interior decoration combines Cycladic tradition with modern comforts, creating a warm space for your holidays. Discover ultimate well-being and genuine hospitality in the heart of Folegandros by booking your stay at this unique accommodation now
Although I live far away, I make sure to provide the best possible hospitality thanks to my connections on the island. My family and I love spending our holidays at our grandmother's house, walking through the cobblestone streets of Chora, and enjoying the sunsets. We also enjoy hiking to remote beaches, while in the evening we savor rakomelo in the central squares. I hope you will love Folegandros as much as we do!
The property, as a traditional Cycladic house, has 2 entrances/exits and thus has 2 neighborhoods in the center of Chora. Therefore, you have direct access to shops, a pharmacy, cafes & restaurants, and picturesque locations such as the traditional "Kastro" of Chora (2 minutes' walk from the house) and the monastery on the mountain (Church of Panagia). Vehicles are not allowed in the center of Chora. However, within 4-5 minutes, you will find open, free municipal parking, as well as the bus or taxi station.
