Newly Apartment and fully equipped a few minutes away from the noise of Athens. Located in East Attica, combines the sea with the forest. Enjoy the comforts of our 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom home, that can easily accommodate up to 4 people and relax under the view of Saronic Gulf. The garden surroundings and the barbecue area setting a landscape for relaxation & joy during your stay. A quiet retreat, so close to the beach as to the amazing Temple of Poseidon in Sounio. The apartment is located on the second floor. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with one double bed each. Both bedrooms have closets, air conditioning and access to the one bathroom of the apartment. The living room includes a fully new equipped kitchen, in which you could cook your own meal and a big sofa for relaxing while watching your best series on Netflix. In the apartment, there are two balconies, one in the front side with the sea view and one in the back with the forest view. Security Alarm included. Enjoy the barbecue in the courtyard while harvesting fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden.
We are a family, that used to spend each year our holiday in this amazing house in Palaia Fokaia. We love this place, feels like paradise!
My neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for relaxing away from city noises. The location is preferred for walking, cycling, diving, and fishing. Additional, you could find a variety of beach bars, restaurants, and groceries in the seaside. Athens downtown is located approximately 55 km away from my property. Concerning the distance from Piraeus port is 52 km away, while Athens International Airport is 32 km away. The closest bus station is located 2 km away. You have the choice to taste a variety of sports such as horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, and windsurfing. Participate in Yoga lessons, take place in the seaside! Concerning monuments, you should definitely visit the cape of Sounion with its famed Temple of Poseidon and the church in the bay of Katafygi, dedicated to the Panaghia Katafygiotissa (the Virgin Mary of Katafygi meaning ‘Shelter’), only 7 km away. Do not miss out on visiting the Paleochristian and Byzantine monuments which have been faithfully preserved in the archaeological site of Ennea Pyrgi, just two kilometers outside Kalyvia Thorikou, 20 km away from my property.
