Welcome to Kalavryta and our warm house! Our house combines traditional elements with modern ones. The stone techniques used in its construction perfectly blend with the pretty village Skepasto, where the house is located, just 3 km far from Kalavryta, which is a five-minute drive. In our house you are bound to enjoy peace and quiet in front of a unique fireplace. The balcony overlooking the garden is the ideal place for your morning coffee!
My name is Angela and I come from Kalavryta! I live and study Journalism in Thessalonika! My family and I will enjoy the opportunity to host you and offer you the most enjoyable stay in beautiful mountainous Kalavryta. I love reading books, going to the theatre and travelling with my friends. What about you? I can speak English, French and Greek. We are waiting for you!
In the centre of Kalavryta you will find plenty of cafeterias, restaurants and taverns where you can try local meat and traditional dishes of the area. You will also enjoy walking along the central pavement of the town with all kinds of local shops and, of course, the Municipal Museum of the Kalavryta Holocaust. A trip through the valley of the Vouraikos river on the rack railway, known as Odontotos, is really fascinating.
