Beautifully situated in a quiet spot close to Perissa, within walking distance from Perissa’s black sandy beach, The Birds Villa Apartments offer guests to transfer to and from the port and airport. All air-conditioned apartments have sea or mountain-view balconies. They feature a well-equipped kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and an en-suite bathroom. At the hotel’s swimming pool with hydro-massage, umbrellas, and lounge chairs, guests can enjoy breakfast. We offer free car rental during your stay (small townie car cat A up to 4 people manual transmission. You can request a bigger or automatic car for an extra cost) Restaurants, bars, and shops are at 400 meters. Staff at the tour desk can arrange daily tours to the volcano. A bus to Fira Town stops nearby.

Started to build this property on 2005 and finished on 2007. I always wanted to have a small hotel build in a nice and quiet spot close to the beach suitable for them who is looking for relaxation and peace, suitable for families too and honeymooner
