The villa is approximately a 15-minute walk away or a 5-6 minute drive by taxi or car. The property is surrounded by a large garden on a hillside with plenty of greenery and a view of the sea. It is 150 meters from the Kyani Akti beach via stairs or about 250 meters via the road. It is also about 300 meters from Kanali beach.
