Villa Saint-Paul is a luxurious and cozy two-storey house in Voula. It has outdoor and indoor spaces, equipped and designed for relaxation and entertainment. In fact, its ideal location offers access to beaches, tranquillity, good food and plenty of the most high-end bars and restaurants of Athens, at minor distance.

Villa Saint-Paul is located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by greenery and close to the main streets of the eastern suburbs of Athens. Its location offers access to beaches and entertainment, as it is just 1.5 km from Voula Square and Kavouri Beach. Regarding parking, there is ample space in front of the house on the asphalt. As for public transportation, in just a 3 minutes walk, there is a bus stop on Athinaidos street.
