This cozy villa offers comfortable lodging for up to ten (10) guests in two different units one apartment upstairs that can accomodate up to 5 people and the second apartment can accomodate up to 5 more people , making it an ideal choice for families or small groups. Moreover for the music lovers there is a piano on the downstairs apartment that the guests can use under arrangement. Its proximity to Logaras Beach provides easy access to sun, sand, and sea, offering guests the opportunity to indulge in leisurely beach activities. Moreover, Villa Nausithoe's strategic location ensures that guests are close to everything Paros Island has to offer. Whether it's exploring the island's vibrant towns, sampling local cuisine at nearby restaurants, or embarking on excursions to discover Paros' natural and cultural attractions, guests will find themselves conveniently positioned to make the most of their stay. Our villa is a luxurious 80/+60-square-meter Cycladic-style home that is only 70 metres away from one of Paros' most seductive beaches, the peaceful Logaras Beach, which is only 70 metres from the villa and is perfect for the elderly or families with young children. Pounda Beach, which is well-known and well-organized, is 220 metres away and is perfect for couples and teenagers. Piso Livadi, a small harbour, and its sandy beach are 500 metres away. It is a lovely two-story building set in a 300-square-meter well-kept garden with views of the Aegean Sea. Piso Livasi's charming harbour, complete with quaint cafes, romantic restaurants, nightclubs, and small shops, is just an 8-minute walk away. At Logaras Beach, there are a number of Greek traditional tavernas with nice ambience where you will feel the greek hospitality
