Our villa is suitable for large groups. There are two floors with total 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room. The spacious balconies with a unique olive view are the perfect place to gather the whole company. First floor - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room with sofas Ground floor - Apartment with 1 bedroom and living room with kitchen and bathroom. The villa can accomodate up to 16 people using extra beds. All extra beds are subject of availability and with extra cost. We have private green garden with olive trees and Mediterranean pines. Amazing olive views . Hammock and swings are available in the garden. Guests can prepare food using the barbecue in the yard. The property is suitable for families with children or large groups who are looking for relaxing anc calm holiday. The beaches nearby are not crowded even in high season. You can find small sheltered bays only for you. If you are attracted to the best famous beaches of Halkidiki, you can reach them in a short time drive away.
My family adores summer, lazy holidays and crystal blue waters. We love Greece and we are happy to have our little piece of Greek land. We look forward to welcoming you in summer.
Many of Sithonia's most famous beaches are a short drive away. A few steps from Villa Milenitta you can find a municipal children playground. The village has a small supermarket.
