Villa Lina is located in Krouzeri on the Greek island of Corfu. This property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 11 people (10 adults and 1 child) with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The Villa is walking distance to the beach. The first floor has an open-plan living/dining area and kitchen which opens onto a dining terrace and barbeque area with sea views, an air conditioned double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with bath) and a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower). The ground floor is accessed externally and consists of an open-plan kitchen/seating area and an and air conditioned twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower and corner bath). As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure. Please note that the top floor of this villa is for the owners use only - they use it for storage. Below the villa is the pretty beach named Krouzeri, along with jetty just perfect for that early morning swim! Those looking for a little more adventure can hire a motor boat (no license required) for whizzing to nearby beaches, bays and even the supermarket!! Agni Travel also recommend that although it is only a short walk from the villa to the beach (250m) it is very steep and not acceptable for elderly, frail or disabled individuals.
