Villa Konstantina is a mansion of the modern era in a dynamic Italian line but also a discreet aristocratic finesse. It can accommodate up to 14-16 people. The view of Nafplio, the sea, the huge garden and the pool is outstanding! The villa is built within a green amphitheater area of 4200 sq.m. shaped in levels. The main house is surrounded by olive, lemon, pomegranate, orange and beautiful bougainvillea, roses and many other flowers. It has 6 bedrooms one with loft, 5 WC, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens. In the gardens we find, in addition to a variety of olive trees and other trees, large areas with lawns on stepped levels. In one of them we have the large well-designed pool that has water curtains, umbrellas and sunbeds. Of course, parental supervision is always needed. On another level there is the playground: equipped with cots, wooden house with climbing and slide. Also a large trampoline. Large built barbecue and wood oven are in a separate area.
The design and layout of the spaces conveys to its occupants the comfort, privacy and tranquility they can find in selected parts of the European continent. The villa built on the ancient hill that according to legend used to rest Atreides king Agamemnon on his hunts, to enjoy the magnificent view of the Argolic Gulf, retains some of the splendor of the palaces of the Achaean leader. All outdoor areas are secured by the main perimeter fencing of the property. Dense tall trees maximize the level of privacy, quiet and security and work beneficially in the microclimate of the space. No worries about prying eyes. Nothing interrupts the quiet of the stay nor restricts the freedom of private movement. Of course in all the outdoor areas there are tables and chairs or armchairs. The outdoor area, friendly and impressive, day or night, alone or with friends, for coffee, food, drink, rest or sunbathing by the pool, ensures in private moments the comfort, safety and discretion that the tenant seeks.
Villa Konstantina is located in a key location for local excursions to: The golden Mycenae (15΄) with the lions of their gate keeping the secrets and the passions of the royal house of Atreides. Nafplio (7΄), the city with the special physiognomy: urban traditional anthropocentrism that highlights the cosmopolitanism and the joys of modern life. The fortress of Palamidi, the stone crown of the historic city of Nafplio with its protected habitat. The small roads of the Old Town, where the sea salt of the gulf with the stone rigging of Akronafplia meet nostalgically in the shadow of the neoclassical nobility. The famous Bourtzi, the Venetian Thalassopyrgos that guards and adorns the city bay. The imposing Castle of Argos, which echoes the glories of the heroic revolution of 1821. The beautiful Tolo (10΄)and the beaches, synonymous with those who knew it with the Greek summer, its joys and beauty. Epidaurus (20΄), with the dramatic rituals of the ancient theater to reveal to mortals the struggle of the Soul with the Passion. The enchanting anarchic vineyards in Nemea, the crown jewel of wine and gastronomic tourism of southern Greece.
