Villa Francesca is located in Dendiatika on the Greek island of Paxos. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The property is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Villa Francesca, located overlooking the pretty fishing villages of Loggos, is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor, there is a living room with comfortable sofas, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining table and direct access to the pool area. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with air conditioning, a twin bedroom with air conditioning and a family bathroom. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
