The land plot area of this villa is 550m² and the total living area is 155m². The villa is a three-storey house, located in two levels and can sleep in total 8 people. On the lower level is the pool area which also has a separated newly renovated and fully equipped Studio and the upper level which consists of the ground floor (living room area & kitchen) and the first floor (bedrooms & bathrooms). Starting from the top the first floor has three newly renovateds bedrooms and can sleep 6 people; there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony with amazing sea view, a second bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet, and the third bedroom with two single beds. On the same floor there is also a big, shared bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is a bright open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and a beautiful fireplace, also leading to a balcony with great views. Next to it you will find the large dining area, a fully functional kitchen and a small WC with shower. On the lower, pool area level, there is a brand-new renovated (in 2023) studio; Is a fully equipped 35m² house that can sleep another 2 people, it has a double bedroom, kitchen and living room area, fridge, and a bathroom. This studio can also sleep 2 people and/or can be used from guest that enjoy the pool to have easier access to all necessary amenities that the studio can provide.

Villa Erato offers peace and quietness combined with its geographical position that is in the center of the island and you can easily access the most popular and visited sites. The villa’s private pool is ideal for swimming. Kindly note that its depth on one side is sallow with stairs, gradually reaching 1,80 meters on the other side, hence caution is advised. Villa Erato waves all responsibility regarding the use of the pool and safety matters regarding children and adults alike.
