Property information

The villa has three levels: a ground level and a two-story maisonette above it. The ground floor is an apartment with two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds. The living room has a double sofa-bed, which raises the apartment’s accommodation capacity to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use, and the apartment has direct access to the outdoor area, the BBQ and the swimming pool. The maisonette is independent, as it is accessible by an outer staircase. Its first level features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, and its second level offers two bedrooms, equipped with a king-size bed and two single ones, respectively. The second level also features a space with a double sofa-bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large balcony with view of the surrounding Alykes area and the Sea. If the booking is made by up to 4 persons, the ground floor apartment will be available. In case of groups of 5 or more, the maisonette will be opened. *In case a reservation arrives with a pet (in contradiction to our policy), we will not be able to accommodate them and the total amount of the reservation will not be refunded.

Neighbourhood information

Sea View Villa is situated in Katastari, which is perhaps the largest village on Zakynthos Island, amphitheatrically built with a wonderful view of the sea. What today offers us a unique view of the sea, was in olden days the need to avoid the constant pirate raids – that’s why Katastari is located on elevated ground, away from the shore. The settlement has its own markets, but you can always visit the tourist resort of Alykes, which is about 2km. Alykes, and its neighbouring Alykanas, feature a long sandy beach, coffee shops, taverns, bars and supermarkets!
