This unique studio is located close to Eden (the distance is 150 meters), the most famous beach of the Athenian Riviera. It consists of one big room, a kitchen, a separate comfortable bathroom and a unique private green lush terrasse. Moreover, it is equipped with brand new furniture, such as a unique comfortable double bed with a premium anatomical mattress special for well-rested sleep as all the guests point out, a couch, a flat screen tv set, a separate kitchen with a fridge, hot plates, air-fryer, boiler, a washing machine, a kitchen table with chairs, 3 small side tables, a desk with a comfortable chair. One out of many advantages of the apartment is its private terrace with greenery, a table and chairs where you can enjoy your coffe, drink or lunch. There is also a big clothsline in order to dry your clothes and space to keep windsurf boards and bicycles.
I am Anna, your host. I am Greek, born in Athens and studied Lirerature and Psychology. I speak english and french. I am the mother of two and I work at a Library. I travel a lot, I adore visiting places, exploring the world, meeting people that live in different countries around the world, finding out about their culture and way of life . My interests are: sports, traveling, movies, theatre, concerts, dancing. As your host, I am willing to help you with everything that you may need, in order to make your stay more easy, comfortable, exciting, to share tips for my wonderful city, to inform you about sightseeings, special restaurants with traditional food and gastronomy from countries all over the world, clubs, adventures, watersports, excursions etc.
The neighbourhood is very quiet, without traffic, it is safe, it has greenery and tall trees. It is easy to park a car in the immediate area, where exist a lot of coffee shops, restaurants, tavernas, super markets, mini markets, bakery, parks, playgrounds, watersports. Near by is the picturesque and famous EDEM beach (100m) and the ALIMOS Marina (1,9 klm). Stations of ransportation means, such as TRAM and BUS, are located in a short walking distance (100 to 120 m). Tram can easily drive you to the center of Athens (near Syntagma square, Plaka, Acropolis etc) in 30 minutes.
