We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 7 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market, we took on several other rentals and over a few years we grew to now managing over 40 vacation homes. Property information

Titus CFU and Sandy Suite are located in the new settlement of Agios Markos, 16km northeast of the city of Corfu. They are only 800 meters from the beautiful beach of Ipsos, a popular summer holiday destination on the Island. - Titus CFU apartment is a single space that can accommodate up to four people in four single beds with a comfortable bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen includes a small oven, a large induction and a small electric hob, a kettle and a fridge, as long as cooking utensils. The spacious veranda has a dining area and is ideal for relaxing moments. The room is newly constructed, with air conditioning, free WiFi, 32" LED TV with satellite channels, wardrobe and chest of drawers, dining table with four chairs, fire extinguisher and smoke/monoxide detector. - The Sandy Suite, offers luxury moments in a spacious one area bedroom with living - dining room. For extra relaxation it features Jacuzzi - hot tub in a large stylish bathroom! The apartment is brand new and decorated with minimal style and artistic texture wall which imitates a sandy seabed. The atmosphere will rejuvenate your spirit and soul.The Sandy Suite features one double bed and a big double sofa.

Neighbourhood information

Our apartments are located at the main square of the village opposite the health center. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location is very convenient as a base to explore the island. At the beachfront road of Ipsos, you will find all sorts of shops, as well as taverns to taste the Corfu cuisine. There are many other dining options such as gourmet restaurants, international cuisine restaurants and snack bars. You can enjoy water sports, snorkeling, scuba diving, jet and sea skiing, sea kayaking or you can rent a boat to visit endless secluded beaches. From the port of Ipsos depart daily organized cruises. For nature lovers, you can enjoy hiking or horse riding through the olive groves of the area. At nearby Kato Korakiana village you can visit the branch of the National Gallery of Corfu with permanent painting exhibition. There is regular bus service from Ipsos beach to Corfu town every twenty minutes. As we live next door, we are available in a discreet way for any question or suggestion, in order to make your holiday memorable and exciting! Bella is our year-round guest, a 2 years old Jack Russell. She likes company and she sleeps in her suite at night!
