A sunny, spacious 53 m² apartment on the second floor consisting of a hall, a sizable living room, a large bedroom, a small but fully functional kitchen and a modern bathroom. The place has been recently renovated and it features air conditioning units in both the bedroom and living room, a double bed with a comfortable imported Danish mattress lined with natural coconut fiber and memory foam, a 45 inch TV, a dining table, a fridge, a cooker, a coffee maker, an espresso machine and kitchen utensils as well as a fast 50 mbps Wi-fi connection. There is a smoke detector installed as well as a fire extinguisher in the apartment.
