Nestled just outside the charming village of Agia Galini, Thalia Apartments welcomes you to a tranquil haven surrounded by mountains and olive groves. Enjoy the Cretan countryside, while being close enough to easily access the village's attractions. Sit back and sip on a fresh orange juice from our garden and marvel at the sunset through the canopy of the trees. Maybe you'll be inspired by the muse Thalia to write some poetry. You like to combine nature with easy access? Thalia is your place!
We live in the mountain village of Melambes, together with our dog Argos. We are from a multicultural background and decided to make Crete our home. Our passion is to share our love of the island with visitors from around the world. In our free time, we are hiking through the mountains and gorges of Crete, we cook, make our own soaps and enjoy creating pottery.
Thalia Apartments is a five minute drive away from the harbour of the picturesque fishing village Agia Galini on the South Coast of Crete. The village offers plenty of taverns, bars, supermarkets, shops and everything else guests need for a relaxed and convenient vacation. The nice beach with umbrellas and snack locations is even closer, just a 15 minute walk away. As inspiration on what to do and where to go, our guests will find a booklet in the room that includes tips for tours, beaches, archaeological sites and hiking trails in the area.
