This recently completed villa has stunning 180 degree harbour views from the private dining terrace, with all the modern comforts, including Italian terrazzo tiling throughout. Four large bedrooms (each with a Queen size bed), 3 fully tiled bathrooms with marble basins (plus a WC), a fully equipped chefs kitchen, media room/2nd living area and A/C throughout. Enjoy our stunning Aegean swimming spot only 3 minutes walk from the front door, and a 5 minute walk to the buzzing harbour front.
We have a local host who will meet you on arrival and familiarise you with the villa. She will also be available during your stay if you have any questions.
Located on the island of Kastellorizo on the Kavos promontory the villa is surrounded by history; explore the 14th century castle of the Knights of St John, the harbourside mosque dating from the Ottoman occupation, the Lycian temple carved into the cliff face, the many historic churches that dot the island, or the museum at the end of our road. When the urge to get into the sea takes hold, there's a magical staircase 150m from the villa leading down to a private swimming spot. And in the evenings, enjoy the buzzing harbour front nightlife, with restaurants catering to all tastes and budgets. Everything is readily accessible on foot. There is a local taxi if required.
