I am a open minded, easy going person who loves to travel and meet new people. After living and working in London for 25 years I decided to change my life, move to a Greek Island, renovate a 200year old house and now I am living my dream life under the cretan sun. I love animals and have 2 rescue dogs and 2 cats. I like to share stories and spend time with people. I am adventerous, outgoing and very hospitable. Provarma is set off the beaten path at the foothills of the White Mountains. You can reach the traditional, picturesque village of Stylos within 1 km walking distance providing small mini markets, cafés, tavernas and a scenic river with geese and ducks. The nearest pharmacy and bakery is located 2 km away in Neo Chorio. The beach town of Kalyves is reached within minutes. The Apokoronas area is perfect for a quaint holiday experience, walking through the olive groves, hearing the sheep bells in the distance, sitting in the tavernas drinking Raki with the cretan locals is an experience not to be missed. The ancient town of Chania with its beautiful venetian Harbour, cobbled streets, amazing restaurants and vivid nightlife is only 20km away. There are local busses available, however I suggest a car rental would be more practical for your stay due to the fact that the Studio is located in a rural area. The nearest airport being Chania is 28km from the property. Heraklion Airport can be reached within 121km. In village life you will hear dogs barking and sheep and cockerels there are some bugs and bats in the evening. You will hear locals going about their daily life’s and general living in a small community.
