First at the beach, next to a traditional home tavern, the house is perfect for Leisure and Recreation. Two separate homes that large groups can also rent together, both furnished and fully equipped. Free parking within the property. All rooms have ceiling fans, the house is very cool. The ground floor is bigger with a green welcoming garden, perfect for sunbathing, kids to play, sharing drinks & long conversations. A well organized private shower, a barbeque and a kiosk with a handmade wooden table for 12, makes life more interesting. Perfect for table games and breaks in general. The first floor with the white wooden dining table at the balcony and a homey porch, both with a direct view of the sea at all moments of the day. Both properly furnished ready to host you and offer you some unique moments to enjoy. Sunset at the first floor porch is an experience! Big Spacy bedrooms & bathrooms in both floors with spacy comfortable living rooms and fully equipped kitchens male life easier. Extra house cleaning & other kind of services can be provided upon request. Car necessary. Beach equipment also available. So, ready for relaxation and recreation? You are in the right place!
I am a journalist and a University professor of Journalism and Communication. Lived and studied in New York, worked in Athens for a long time and I've been teaching, publishing a journal and working on different projects the past few years. Working hard and constantly all my life, I helped make my father's dream come true. He loved the idea of building a beautiful home at the beach, close to Thessaloniki, my hometown for his two kids. Between this and that and given the perfectionism of my sign (September 3d) I contributed to a small paradise that we only used to enjoy as a family in August. I live in Cyprus and my brother with his family in Germany, so this beautiful home rests alone for almost the whole year. I couldn't feel better to share it with people who want to get away and enjoy a few days of relaxation, leisure and recreation in a warm family environment. There, this is the story of my life. I can't describe hobbies, I am curious and love everything that has light in it. Anywhere from a conversation to a trip or gastronomy. I hope I didn't disappoint you with my description and I'm sure your staying at the property will correct any mistakes. Thank you for sharing!
The beach right in front of the house is a rather quiet sandy beach, almost private and perfect for kids and sunbathing. Well organized other beaches very close to the property, as well as beach bars and restaurants for the nights out can be of your interest as well. Thera are at least 2 supermarkets very near the house, while the city of N. Kalikratia and Sozopolis are only 5 and 3,5 kilometers far from the house. With health services in N. Kalikratia, pharmacies, banks and a pretty good market for all needs. Thessaloniki, Katerini and Chalkidiki are some of the most interesting places to wonder and experience museums, archaeological sites, gourmet Greek food tastes and unique beaches. There is really everything close to the property if you are ready to experience more. If not, the house offers you the possibility to really sit back and enjoy a few days of not running, not filling with musts but emptying from everything, bathing and sun bathing, the natural therapy of the body and mind.
