Property info

Our apartment is artsy and exquisite, centrally located, only 300 meters away from Metaxourgeio metro station that will get you within 15’ to Syntagma square, the Acropolis or Monastiraki. It is ideal for solo travelers, couples or friends that prefer a quiet and relaxing apartment with every amenities you might need to ensure a pleasant stay. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Two more people may sleep on the sofa-bed. Our apartment is 55sq. meters and it is located on the first floor. Please be aware that there is no elevator in the building.There are stairs to access the apartment. The apartment itself consists of a cozy living room, a separate room with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and lastly a quiet bedroom with a brand new double mattress that will ensure a pleasant night’s sleep. Two more people can use the sofa to sleep as it can be converted easily to a comfortable double bed. You will find additionally a washing machine in the kitchen. Our balcony is overlooking the backyard.

Metaxourgeio is a district mainly known for it's artistic and fashionable character, home to many trendy restaurants and cafes. A quiet district where contemporary graffiti pair harmonically with neoclassical buildings. Metaxourgeio used to be a thriving working-class neighborhood mostly due to the silk factory that used to operate in the area which now has been transformed to the municipal gallery of Athens. In short walking distance you'll find the quirky districts of Psyrri and Gazi which are popular in the local scene for their restaurants, cafes and nightlife.
