Property info

Welcome to Silk Mill Metaxourgeio :) The building is a 1-min walk from the Metro stop Metaxourgeio (Red Line M2), a 7-min walk from Omonia Square and Omonia Metro stop, 12’ walking-distance from Monastiraki Square, 20’ from the Acropolis hill, or 4 stops away from the Acropolis Metro station. There are almost always free parking spots in the streets around the building but also various 24h. private-parking garages very close-by. The building consists of 5 apartments and has an elevator. We wish you the most pleasant stay in Athens!

Neighborhood info

Traditional, old-fashioned shops and tavernas meet the hip and upcoming bars, galleries & theaters of the area, portraying a real urban side of Athens. The building is approx. 80 metres from Karaiskaki Sq., a square with a lot of recent development, and about 200 meters from the lovely Avdi Square. Take into account, the area is still fighting gentrification, so you will notice your ocasional brothel or substance-user down the street, however you should definitely not feel at risk.
