Amorosa 13 Beachside Villa is perfectly situated on the water’s edge of Neo Chorio/ Latchi beach on the Akamas peninsula. This 3 bedroom detached villa is part of a premier gated estate which benefits from an on site 24/7 security. With concierge service, the use of a shared tennis court, a private pool, open air terraces surrounded by lush gardens offering complete privacy and sumptuous living, the Amorosa 13 Villa surpasses all expectations in terms of location, quality and prestige. Guests have direct access to the beach through a designated private walkway surrounded by landscaped gardens. The beach (Yianakis/Anassa beach) is regarded as one of the best in Cyprus. The villa is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard and is fully air-conditioned and equipped. The main bedroom is on the first floor. It has a king size bed and a large walk in en suite shower. The bedroom leads to an idyllic balcony with views overlooking the Sea and Baths of Aphrodite. The second bedroom also on the first floor, features a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms feature ample wardrobe space. Surrounding the Villa are private patios and terraces overlooking the private pool
