A 52 sq.m. Apartment renovated in 2022. It is located less than 50 meters from the beautiful beach of Nea Chora, exactly beone the lifeguard tower that oversees the safety of bathers. Its privileged location provides you within10-15 minutes’ walk a comfortable access to the old Venetian port and the town’s center. It is quiet, decorated with peaceful colors and inside you will find everything you will need during your stay. The house is cool, airy and bright. It has an independent entrance with private courtyard and its own balcony. Suitable for both families and couples. Our wish is for you to feel as home during your stay and we hope we can do it.
