The house itself can host up to 4 people, has been recently renovated, and has been equipped in order to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The fact that it is an independent house with a garden and view to a park will make you forget you’re in a big city.

Our Garden House features accommodation with a garden and a terrace, one kilometer from Flisvos Marina and in close proximity to Athens Riviera. The location of the house allows you to combine the best of Athens, as there are countless points of interest within walking or driving distance. The main avenues of Palaio Faliro are the seaside Poseidonos Avenue, which connects it with the city and port of Piraeus and Andrea Syngrou Avenue respectively, which connects Palaio Faliro with the central Athens. The magnificent beach where you can swim&relax, the beautiful seaside walk and the marine& park of Flisvos with a unique open-air cinema, cultural activities and public events are in 10 minutes drive from the house. Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and the Onassis Cultural Centre are within 2.7 km and 3.5 km of the apartment. Acropolis Museum is 5 km from the apartment, while the Odeum of Herodes Atticus is 6 km from the property.
