The team member will hand over house keys and provide apartment specific information, such as where the hot water switch is, wifi access codes etc. We will be readily available to answer questions or provide further information and guidance to guests by phone, throughout their stay. We are implementing upgraded cleaning and disinfection procedures following every check-out, while all linen and towels are professionally laundered at high temperatures. The well-being, health and safety of our employees and guests remain our highest priority.
