Luxury 3-bedroom maisonette in the commercial heart of Gythio overlooking the iconic Eastern Mani Cultural Center that is housed in a historical neo-classical building. The maisonette itself is in a completely renovated neo-classical building above a patisserie. Guests can enjoy all the modern conveniences, including cooling and heating in all spaces, a separate washer, and dryer, a microwave, a large fridge, a separate oven and stove, and much more. In addition to the 2 full bathrooms and 3 well-appointed bedrooms, the airy living room dining area, and the well-equipped kitchen, Orion Maison also boasts a cozy roof garden with a wonderful view of the townscape and the Gulf of Laconia. The maisonette is handily located close to all of Gythio's shops, eateries, and attractions as well as some 5 minutes away by car from the closest beaches of Selinitsa and Mavrovouni. Street parking is free and can usually be easily found very close to the Orion Maison
