Oikia Petra is a brand new, private villa with 3 independent apartments (Oikia Petra 1, 2 and 3) with sophisticated design, built on a hillside & close to the sea, with spectacular views of the Aegean Sea & the Cycladic islands. The top-quality amenities along with warm hospitality are the ideal choice for an unforgettable, peaceful vacation. Each apartment has an independent entrance & they communicate externally through an outdoor terrace with a pergola, ideal for breakfast & evening drinks, in an atmosphere of serenity and relaxation. They have a large kitchen and a spacious living room with single beds, TV & air conditioning, one large double bedroom with king size bed (Oikia Petra 2 has a smaller room too) & a bathroom with shower. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the complex as well as guest parking The villa has a large garden with olive and fruit trees, roses and vineyards. This creates a large and spacious play area for children, always under the supervision of parents, due to many stone constructions and stairs. It has ample parking for cars with very good lighting at the entrance and in the common parts.

The distance from the city of Tinos is 6km. Within small distance from the villa, you can visit minimarkets, bakery, or have lunch and enjoy frozen drinks in one of the many beaches.
