The Terra Apartment is a 2-floor apartment with a capacity of 4 people, which has 2 bathrooms. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and the kitchen, while on the lower floor there are two single beds and one bathroom. Air conditioning is provided by using fans.

At the north of Cefalonia, near Fiscardo (about 3km), there is the Tselendata village, the home of Nostos Residence. An old family house of 188 years, has been restored recently and now awaits you and your family to come and enjoy the hospitality of our country. The house has two fully equipped apartments (refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom, etc.) and each accommodates up to four people. The house has a patio that is safe for tenants with young children. We have child-safe doors and railings, suitable for young children. Each apartment has a separate balcony. On the way to Fiskardo is the beach of Foki. A beautiful small beach near where olives trees keep you shade. Near the beach there is a restaurant where if you want to eat after your bath. Close to Tselentata have the possibility of many dining options if you do not want to cook in the kitchens available in the apartments.

The village where the Nostos Residence is located, Tselentata is not an ordinary Greek village. There are no restaurants, taverns, bars, supermarkets, etc. It is a family retreat, built during the Venetian occupation of the island (from the middle of the 14th century until the end of the 18th century). The village has the privilege not to be visible from the sea at any point, so that it is not detected by the pirates, who at that time often acted in the Mediterranean.
