Nisi Living Concept are 6 fantastic brand-new properties designed in a unique Scandinavian architecture with unique Greek details. They are located in the heart of Ialysos, only a 5-minute walk from the nearest incredible beach of Ialysos. All of the boutiques have all comforts and private swimming pools and patios in a minimalistic and simplistic design as well as a BBQ installation. Each property accommodates up to 2, 6 or 7 guests. All guests of the property are requested to respect the rules regarding quite hours. There’s a neighborhood surrounding the property and guests must not cause unnecessary or excessive noise. If guests won’t respect quite hours, then they’ll have serious consequences such as removal from the property. Quite hours are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 – 7:00.

Nisi Living Concept is set in Ialysos, where you can find in a few steps everything you might need during your stay such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, car rental, ATMs, etc. Ialysos beach which is quite popular amongst sports enthusiasts is found in a 5-minute walk. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage, within a distance of about a 20-minute drive away from the house. Visitors shouldn’t miss one of the most attractive destinations of Rhodes, the Valley of the butterflies in a distance of only a 25-minute drive. The villa is about an hour's drive away from the south part of the island, Lindos. Lindos Acropolis is the most exquisite archaeological site of Rhodes and has the dreamiest beaches. The airport of the island is located only a 15-minute driving distance.
