This newly renovated house is surrounded by olive, lemon and kum kouat trees. A ground floor, 3 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms (of which one ensuite) and private off street parking. All bedrooms are fitted with individually operated air conditioning. Spacious living room with 32in, WiFi connected flat screen TV. 12 kms from corfu town and with the closest beach only a 2 minute walk away. Bus stops for the green and blue bus lines at the doorstep of the property. A choice of bars&restaurants nearby.
Myself and my wife have been working in the hospitality industry many years and so having created not just a rental property but a home away from home we are dedicated in providing a warm and comfortable stay for our guests. Always available for any questions or help!
Benitses is a traditional fishing village with lots of charm and offers many things to its visitors. It is ideal for walkers and cyclists who would like to explore the wild nature of the island. It has many mini markets, a pharmacy, police station and a doctors surgery. Serviced by the green and blue busses it is easy to access all points of the island. For those who would like to rent a car or scooter it has over 7 rental companies. Blue and green bus stops located just outside the property.
