Overview Michaels Cottage is located in Stafilos on the Greek island of Skopelos. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom along with a private swimming pool and sea views. The villa is walking distance to the beach. Layout On the ground floor is a living area, kitchen with a dining table, and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor leads to the air-conditioned double bedroom. The outside area has a path leading down to the pool area which has sun loungers and a parasol. Refundable Security Deposit (RSD): As per Agni Travel’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, Agni Travel will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
