Relax by the sea with this perfect beach getaway for family and friends! Facing the seafront, on the soft sands of Agios Ilias beach. With direct access to the beach, the holiday home is the ideal base to enjoy watersports like SUP boarding and swimming. Inside, there is a well-furnished living area featuring a cosy fireplace with sofas, a Smart TV and an open kitchen. Guests will find a coffee machine, oven, fridge, food processor and a toaster at their disposal. The Apartment has two entrances one from the street side and the other from the beach. Parking is not private but available exactly outside of the property. The whole apartment is equipped with WIFI and air conditioning. -A charge of 10 EUR/Night is to be paid for air-conditioning.
