It is situated close to all amenities without subtracting from the natural tranquility and its close to one of the largest sandy beaches of the area. Because of its privileged location, it offers magnificent views of both the Cretan sea and the rugged landscape of Crete. Villa Mangie has its own unique style with contemporary spacious rooms and luxurious furnishing and fittings. It is definitely the best choice for a family or a group of friends to have a great time. It is a comfortable and cozy villa, surrounded by olive trees, an ideal place for relaxation, open all year round. Furthermore, it is only 100 meters from Star Beach and 32 Km from Heraklion city and the Airport. Mangie Villa is built on a plot of 2000 meters and the building size is 170 square meters.

Within 200 m radius you will find supermarket, tavernas, cafe bar, post office, church, pharmacy, municipal parking, souvenir shops, tourist offices! The bus stop is only 200m away where you can take a bus to Heraklion city center! From Hersonissos you can easily organize trips around as local buses also offer schedules with several destinations such as Stalida, Malia, Sissi, Agios Nikolaos etc. First of all.. visit the amazing beaches along the coast of Hersonissos, the pretty fishing harbour and wander through the little shops, the cafes, the tavernas and restaurants! Old or "Ano" Hersonissos is a small village which retains its traditional character! Wander through the narrow alleys and admire the stone houses with their courtyards full of flowers, the old wells and the outdoor wood-burning ovens! In Ano Hersonissos and the neighbouring villages Piskopiano and Koutouloufari there are lots of tavernas and restaurants which you should visit for sure! Lychnostatis Museum is built thoroughly with the prevalent raw materials (stone-wood-clay) and aims to promote the understanding and awareness of the Cretan folk cultural heritage!
