Property information

Welcome to Villa Perla! The property is located in Agios Giannis in a country place with plenty of trees in a narrow private road. A fancy 3-floor building with a private entrance and a wide space for parking comfortably 3 or 4 cars and a relaxing private pool. As you enter the property you will find the central living room with the large sofa and a stylish dining area along with the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a big veranda that connects the pool area and the barbeque spot with the Villa . There are two sets of stairs . As you go downstairs, you can find a central space with a small kitchen and a double sofa bed and two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds . There is also a small bathroom with a shower. At that floor you can have access to the garden and the exterior from a back door. If you go to the 1st floor using the upgoing stairs you will also find two bedrooms , one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a nice bathroom with a bathtub. There are also big balconies to enjoy the view. *** This is the perfect spot for a large family or group looking for privacy, comfort and authentic charm whilst being only a few minutes away by car from the sea and the cosmopolitan attractions of Corfu Town. We will be happy to host you!

The house was fully renovated in 2013. It is modern, very comfortable and fully equipped. The area is quietly located and is ideal for those,who are looking for relaxing vacation and for families with children as well. The best thing about spending your holidays here is that the place itself allows you to do so many things and perform a number of activities. Swimming, enjoying the beaches, sightseeing, discovering the island, sailing, walking, cycling, wining & dining are just a few of the attractions that make your holidays on Corfu worthwhile.
