This newly renovated, lux one-bedroom apartment (55sqm+45sqm balconies) awaits you in the cosmopolitan, yet quiet, suburb of Voula, a prime location in the Athens Riviera. The apartment is bright and features large balconies where you can sit and relax, as well as all modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and provide you with a 5-star experience. It is within short walking distance of many beaches, restaurants, cafés, bars and supermarkets and has good access to public transport.

Neighbourhood information

The leafy, seaside suburb of Voula is considered one of the most cosmopolitan districts of the capital. It is chic but cosy, quite and friendly. It is perfectly placed for the best beaches of the Athenian Riviera, while still only 16km from the city centre (30 minutes by bus) and the main archaeological sites. The main square (a 2-minute walk from the apartment) features many stylish restaurants cafes and bars, as well as traditional tavernas, bakeries, boutique shops, delis/gourmet shops, supermarkets etc.
